If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of signing up, you will be eligible for a full refund. 
 
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

These include, but are not limited to, personalized consultations, customized packages, and any other services that require upfront costs. When signing up for these services, you will be notified of their non-refundable status.

Missed Appointments:
If you miss a scheduled appointment for any reason, the fees for that appointment will not be refunded.
